The history of Groupe Proactif
Founded in 1996, Proactif.ch has established itself as a key player in the field of professional integration training. For over 25 years, we have been working with public institutions such as the Direction Générale de l’Emploi et du Marché du Travail (DGEM) and the Office de l’Assurance Invalidité (OAI), who trust us to support their beneficiaries.
The Proactif name has always carried a promise: a sincere commitment to our customers, clients and participants. Today, we continue to offer tailor-made, effective and accessible solutions in the fields of learning disabilities, office automation and language teaching.
In January 2021, we expanded our offering with allemand.ch, a boutique institute renowned for its tailor-made German courses.
Then, in April 2021, the integration of kim-organisation.ch, a specialist in project management, enabled us to respond to the evolution of the professional world, increasingly organized in project mode.

Social, environmental and governance aspects of sustainable development are therefore an integral part of our strategy.
In 2025, we joined the global B Corp™ movement and are proud and honored to be among the first 10 Swiss companies certified in the field of training. B Corp-labeled companies meet high standards in terms of social and environmental impact, transparency and governance.
Our green policy is consistent with this approach. It guides our actions in all our training centers, aiming to reduce our environmental footprint while promoting the health, well-being and efficiency of our teams. By integrating responsible practices into our daily work, we are building an environment that is consistent with our values, where it’s good to work and learn – an environment that attracts talent sharing our vision of a fairer, more sustainable world.
