Our history
Founded in 1996, Proactif.ch has established itself on the training scene as a specialist player in the field of integration. We work closely with cantonal institutions such as the DGEM and the OAI, who have trusted us to support their beneficiaries for over 25 years.
Since our inception, Proactif.ch has always been a promise to our customers, clients and participants alike. Today, we provide effective tailor-made solutions at fair prices in the field of learning disabilities, office automation and French.
On 1 January 2021, the Cours d’allemand moderne institute in Epalinges will be taken over by Tobias Bärlocher, who has been at the helm of Proactif.ch since September 2018. Convinced of the relevance of mastering Goethe’s language in French-speaking Switzerland too, he is seizing the opportunity by acquiring a new speciality for Proactif.ch. New impetus has been injected into our local institute under the name Allemand.ch, offering a bubble of immersion in Germany in Epalinges and in our new premises at Lausanne railway station.
From the union of our two training centres springs the creation of Groupe Proactif to bring together the strength of two specialists in their fields under a single umbrella. For Tobias Bärlocher, the main objective is to ensure the dynamics of innovation by creating cross-disciplinary synergies between specialists, and thus ensure that our offerings are in line with constantly evolving market demand.

In July 2022, Groupe Proactif strengthened and expanded with the acquisition of Kim organistion.ch, a project management training company. By integrating it into the Group, Tobias Bärlocher is pursuing his ambition to bring together under the same umbrella the training players in French-speaking Switzerland who are specialists in their field: Proactif.ch, Allemand.ch and Kim organistion.ch, while developing a training offering that complements the Group.

It guides our actions in all our training centers, aiming to reduce our environmental footprint while promoting the health, well-being and efficiency of our teams.
