No, cancellations and rescheduling are only possible up to the registration deadline, subject to a fee of €50.
The registration deadline is 2 weeks before the test date.

Yes, once you have registered for a date, we can issue a certificate for the commune.

Yes, as many times as necessary.
If the score is very low, we offer French courses.

You can register on our website, Proactif.ch, or drop by our offices in Vevey at Rue des Moulins 5. We are open Monday to Friday, mornings from 8:00 to 12:00 and afternoons from 13:00 to 17:00.

Refer to the letter from your local authority and check the levels required.
Generally speaking, here are the levels required:
For residence permit B: Oral A1
For C permit with/without family reunification: Oral A2 + Written A1
For early granting of permit C: Oral B1 + Written A1
For Swiss naturalization: Oral B1 + Written A2

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay on the day of the test. Payment must be made at the time of registration.

We need payment in order to validate registration. You can pay online or on site.

You will receive your Language Passport, showing your results (A1, A2 or B1), by post approximately four weeks after the fide test.
For exams taking place between mid-December and mid-January, it may take six weeks rather than four for the Language Passport to be issued.
